Introduction to Breath of Fire in Kundalini Yoga: VIDEO

Here’s a video of me teaching breath of fire, ego eradicator and stretch pose: essential practices of Kundalini Yoga.

Give it a try!

Many thanks to Sara and Saraswati from iHanuman for offering me this fun opportunity last summer to record a video.

This is my yoga video debut, so please, be kind and laugh off my silliness and beginner mistakes!

Thanks.

Love and Light

  1. Hi Frances 🙂 I just found this Blog by googling your name because I really liked your youtube video. I’ve been doing yoga for a while now, but just started Kundalini Yogi with a few DVDs (Kundalini teachers are rare in Germany), so I keep checking and checking and checking on the internet to learn as much as I can about this form of yoga, because I really like how it feels.
So anyway, I just visited your blog and wanted to tell you: add to your wonderful blog (I love the mean girl post and the “Just because I practice yoga I don’t have to like you” article) more kundalini videos – I think many people are interested in kundalini, but it’s a little bit difficult to find really great videos or information without the “don’t do it, it’s so dangerous” and “I want to be your guru” BS… you seem really nice and skilled and like you could reach many people through the internet – so keep going 🙂
    Grateful greeting from Germany

    • Thank yo very much Kitha.
I’m glad you enjoyed the video. Please look around the blog as I have posted in the past instruction (though not by video) of various Kundalini Yoga meditation techniques. I hope to make more videos. I’m happy to know that I can be of service to other seekers on the path of yoga. By the way, have you heard of the European Yoga Festival? It’s a big Kundalini gathering in France every summer…looks amazing.
      Blessings,
