That about says it for today.
It was great doing home practice this morning with my FY, even though it was bit modified (still babying this knee injury). This was only the 2nd time in 2 months (yikes!) that I busted out my Second Series postures. My body doesn’t exactly remember how to do Kapotasana, but that’s okay….the pressure’s good for me, and it sure felt good. No complaints here, just so grateful for the practice.
